We are committed to respecting individual and client privacy, to safeguarding confidential information and to ensuring the security of all personal information. When you decide to share your information with us, we feel it is important to assure you your information will be safely protected. All the personal identifiable information (“PPI”) that you submit on our Site and Features is sent to and stored on secure servers located in the United States of America and accessible globally to iSurveyworld employees and/or agents.
Your Personal Information
iSurveyWorld conforms its privacy and security practices to applicable laws, codes, and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), and the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) in Mexico. Personal information includes identifiers such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, unique identifiers, IP addresses, geolocation data, network activity, and inferences drawn to create profiles.
What personally identifiable information does IsurveyWorld collect from me?
IsurveyWorld collects information in several ways from different parts of our network of websites. Some personal information is gathered when you register. During registration, IsurveyWorld asks for your name, email, gender, address, zip code, occupation, household information, and personal interests. The more information you volunteer (and the more it is), the better we can customize your experience. Once you register, you are no longer anonymous to IsurveyWorld and you can access the various protected areas of the site.
What Information does iSurveyWorld collect automatically?
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Digital Fingerprinting.
Generally, digital fingerprinting assigns a unique identifier to your device or computer based upon the device's or computer's technical settings, characteristics, and IP address. iSurveyWorld uses digital fingerprinting technology for quality control and validation purposes and fraud detection and/or prevention, including, without limitation, identifying duplicate or fraudulent respondents. iSurveyWorld may implement and use digital fingerprinting directly or through a third-party vendor. None of the information collected through digital fingerprinting is permanently stored in our system. The fingerprinting data is used solely for real-time verification purposes and is not retained, shared, or sold.
Age Requirement
This Site is neither directed at nor intended for use by children under the age of 18. Further, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will promptly delete it, and we will remove the child from any mailing lists, registrations, or other means of contacting the child. With whom does iSurveyWorld share my information?
We may disclose personal information to: third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, ad networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers, marketing or advertising providers, professional advisors and payment systems operators; our employees, contractors and/or related entities; sponsors or promoters of any competition we run; and third parties, including agents or sub-contractors, who assist us in providing information, products, services or direct marketing to you; clients, agencies, exchanges and marketplaces providing us surveys. How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
International transfers of personal information

iSurveyWorld collects valuable information which assists in developing new products and services. When you are on a iSurveyWorld site and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with iSurveyWorld alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise. If data is being collected and/or maintained by any company other than iSurveyWorld, you will be notified prior to the time of the data collection or transfer. What is iSurveyWorld's policy on allowing me to update, correct, or delete my personally identifiable information?
You may edit your iSurveyWorld Account Information and your public iSurveyWorld Profile at any time by using your iSurveyWorld ID and password. Your iSurveyWorld account can be deleted or deactivated. When you leave the Panel, are removed, or the Panel is closed, we will delete all your contact details, together with any other information that could be used to identify you, keeping only anonymous responses to surveys that you participated in.
What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information?
Your iSurveyWorld Account Information and iSurveyWorld Profile are password-protected so that you and only you have access to this personal information. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. iSurveyWorld will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of your iSurveyWorld account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe. We encrypt all your personal information transmission using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Access to this information is limited to only the employees who need it in order to perform their job function (e.g. Customer Service Representatives). Whenever iSurveyWorld handles personal information as described above, regardless of where this occurs, iSurveyWorld takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with the relevant Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, iSurveyWorld cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. If you are located in California, Virginia, Connecticut, Colorado and Utah, please be advised of the following required by the California Consumer Privacy Act. Under the CCPA, you have a right to request information about the collection, use, and disclosure of your information over the last 12 month period. Request for Deletion: You can request that we erase some or all of your Personal data from our systems barring any exceptions such as transactional data, security purposes as well as to debug and repair errors. Request for Access: You can request more information about the Personal Data we hold about you and request a copy of such Personal Data from the last 12 month period. We will then share the categories of personal information collected as well as the purposes for collecting, using, or selling the information. LGPD Privacy
On September 18, 2020, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD) came into effect for Brazilian residents. In addition to the rights outlined in our Privacy Policy, as a user located in Brazil, you may be able to exercise the following rights with respect to the personal information that we have collected, subject to certain limitations: The right to confirmation of the existence of the processing.
