Why have I not received a response from customer support?
We strive to ensure that each query we receive is handled promptly and efficiently. Every email sent to customer support will be responded to within 3-4 business days. Therefore, it is of great importance that you are able to receive our emails and survey invites. Please make sure to safe-list us in the most common email providers.

Click here to retrieve your password and click on 'Forgot your Password?'. Enter your e-mail address and we will e-mail your password to the address you provide.


I cannot login.
If you receive an error message and are unable to login to your account, please paste your username and password into the appropriate boxes, as this may be a factor. Also remember your password is Case Sensitive so it needs to be entered exactly as you provided during registration. If you still encounter this issue, please contact customer support.

What is the Home page?
The Home page is a quick way for you to see what survey opportunities are available to you at any time. Just click the 'Qualify for a New Survey's button, answer a few quick questions, and based on your responses, we will route you into the most relevant survey available. This approach helps us to match you to the most appropriate survey, which will increase your chances of qualifying to earn rewards. We also provide you with a quick snapshot of the rewards you've accumulated and an opportunity to let us get to know you better by filling out our profiles.


What are Profiles?
Profiles are our way of creating the most relevant opportunities for our members. Telling us more about your experience and interests helps us send you surveys that you are more likely to qualify for, thereby increasing your chances of earning rewards. Please take a few minutes to fill out our profiles so you can begin participating in the most rewarding surveys!


How do I update my account information?
To update any of the basic information you provided us at registration, login to My Account and select the Account tab. Once you've updated your information, click 'Update Account' and we will apply your changes. Keeping your e-mail address up to date allows us to contact you at the most convenient location.


How do I cancel my account?
In the unfortunate event you decide this isn't for you, you can deactivate your account with us at any time. Log into My Account and you will find the delete account button at the bottom of the page. When you delete your account, all your rewards and personal information will be instantly deleted from our systems and you will stop receiving communications from us.


How long does it take to fill out a survey?
We know your time is valuable, so we aim to keep most surveys between 15-20 minutes. There will be times we offer a shorter survey as well as a longer survey. To help you understand what time commitment is involved, we will always inform you of the expected time it will take to complete each survey up front.


How can I get more survey invitations?
Each survey we send you is tailored to fit your interests and experience. We use the data you provided us when you registered, as well as your Profiles, to send you the most relevant surveys. Completing the Profiles from start to finish will allow us to serve up the most significant amount of pertinent surveys. Please be sure to also check your spam folder and add support@isurveyworldmail.com to your list of approved senders.


Why are some surveys more difficult than others?
The criteria and content of each survey is determined by the needs of each specific client. As the nature of each survey is different, you will find that the experience is different. For instance, a quick survey to gather feedback on a new product release will be less onerous than a longer survey to review a new product ad. Completing the Profilers will help to ensure you receive surveys that are most enjoyable for you.


Why are my completed surveys not showing up on my account?
Sometimes we need to wait until after a survey has ended to show credit. As long as you have completed a survey, a credit should appear as soon as the survey closes. This can take anywhere up to 4 weeks after you have taken a survey and it has officially closed.


Why are my completed surveys not showing up on my account?
Rewards earned from participating in surveys are valid for 12 months from the award date. If unused on the 366th day after being deposited into your account, your reward will expire and be removed from your Member account balance. iSurveyWorld will redeem rewards from your account based upon the award date. Your 'oldest' reward funds will be deducted first, leaving your most recently earned rewards in your account.


Who can I contact with a general question?
If you have a general question that is not addressed by the FAQs, you can contact our Customer Service team . All inquiries will be responded to within 3-4 business days.


What does it mean when my survey is pending?
In order to ensure the integrity of our community and the quality of the information we give to our clients, we validate the results of each survey. Your survey will have a status of 'pending' for a short time while we complete our validation. Upon completion of the validation, your status will change to 'earned' and your reward will be credited to your account. This process can take a few days, or a few weeks depending on the nature of the survey.


Are there surveys available outside of the United States?
Yes, We will have surveys that require the participation of our international panel members. If you are a member of the international community, you will be invited to applicable surveys as they arrive. We will continuously add more surveys for our international panel members.


What if a survey encounters a technical error?
We strive to ensure the best survey taking experience for our members, however there is always a chance that a technical error may occur. If your survey encounters an error, rest assured that our team will be investigating the issue with a focus on getting our members back up and running as soon as possible.


Do you offer rewards for inviting new members?
Currently do not offer a referral program, but might introduce this option in the future. When the option is available, we will make sure to inform you!


How I can redeem my rewards?
When you reach the minimum required under the tab of 'Rewards' will be a button that read 'Redeem My Rewards'. Just click on that button and you can redeem your rewards. All transactions will be completed within 3-4 weeks.


Why was my application rejected redeem my rewards?
Exchange requests may be rejected if there is a violation of our terms of use. Each member must 'diligently maintain and update the information you provide when you register, and any other information you have provided, to be always correct, current and complete.' No member may create more than one account on our site, and neither can be completed surveys from IP addresses that do not match the geographic information collected during registration. Please read the Terms of Use of the site for a more detailed explanation of the parameters of offenses.
